How can I cancel an order?
-Contact the customer service e-mail address and provide your order information, including the order number, e-mail address, name and telephone number given in the order so that we can find your order quickly and can edit for you.
-Note:
1. The cancellation of the order can be processed at no additional cost to you within 24 hours after the order has been created.
2. If the order is canceled 24 hours after the order was created, we will charge a processing fee of 15% of the order amount.
3. Once the order has left the warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.

Modify an Order
You may be able to modify an order if it's not yet started shipping. Please submit a message to our Customer Service.
Please note: in some cases we have different policies on modifying an order.

What should I do if I want to change the shipping address?
Please contact us. If the order has not shipped, we will update the address. We cannot change the delivery address after the order ships.

Why was my order canceled？
Here are the most common reasons canceling orders：
- Your PayPal account name and address did not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we contacted you.
-You placed an order but did not complete payment.

What is the status of my order?
Customers will receive a confirmation email to confirm that we have confirmed their order. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to process and is then sent. After shipping, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. To track your order, please go to https://www.17track.net/, enter your tracking number and you will be able to track your order.

Where is my another package?
If you have ordered multiple items and some of them are not in stock, the order will be split shipped. Items in stock will be sent first, and when the other items are in stock, they will be sent in another package.

How do I add or remove items from my order?
Please contact us if the order is in an early stage of processing. We cannot change items after the order shipped.
